i had the pleasure of meeting Y this week.
Y was not having a great day, as often happens to us all. physically he was tense, his muscles contracted, and he could do very little in regard to cooperation and helping himself.
Y is 12 ad a 1/2 years old (he stresses the 1/2) and i have learned the of the difficulties of caring for disabled children as they get older and heavier.
Y didn’t take me for granted and put me through quite an interrogation; how old am i? where do i live? etc.
eventually i think he was happy with my answers because i got a nice smile and an invitation to visit him at home.
